1. Come thou, our Saviour, give us grace
Which cometh from above;
Enable us to hear the word
That Thou hast sent to us
2. It is thou, the eternal Truth.
That showeth unto man,
The knowledge of a life of joy,
And what is good for man.
3. O that we all may follow Thee
In that good perfect way,
The way in which Thou here hast walked
That we may worship Thee.
4. Thou art the life, the life of God,
To them that love Thee give
The power o’er death and all evils
That greatly vex us here.
5. Thou art the way, Thou art the truth,
Thou art the perfect life,
O, fill us with Thy spirit, Lord,
To worship Thee alone.
